Privacy Policy

Last updated November 6, 2026

Single Mom Village (“we”) runs singlemomvillage.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Sign-up details: your name, email, username, password, state, ZIP, and answers to our sign-up questions (including how many kids you have and their ages).
  • Verification info: the profile link you give us. Only our team sees it, and we use it only to confirm you are a real member.
  • What you post: profile details, posts, comments, messages, and items you share in groups.
  • Basic site data: things like your browser and pages visited, through cookies, to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

  • To create your account, verify members and keep the community safe.
  • To send you emails about your account, your local village and community updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails anytime.
  • To improve the site.

What we never do

  • We never sell your personal information.
  • We never share your verification link or email with other members or businesses.

Who else sees your info

Other members can see your profile and posts based on your visibility settings. We use trusted service providers (like our web host and email services) to run the site. We may share info if required by law or to protect someone’s safety.

Outside links

Jobs, freebies and resources link to other websites. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Kids

Single Mom Village is for adults 18 and older. Please don’t post your children’s full names, schools, or photos that show where they live or go to school.

Your choices

You can edit your profile anytime, or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing hello@singlemomvillage.com.
